24/7 service
Our Secretariat has moved from offices based in London, to the West Midlands. This is to ensure the BFA continues to meet its remit of serving the industry as cost effectively as possible.

Office hours are currently 9am-5pm, Monday to Thursday. You can email us any time, or leave an answerphone message outside of office hours and we will get back to you promptly.

Dedicated team of directors
Our board is elected annually from the membership.  Divided into three distinct areas to ensure that all elements of the industry are served properly, the Executive meet four times a year, with regular intranet and conferencing communication the rest of the time.

In addition a quarterly newsletter and regular e-mails make sure that everyone is ‘kept in the loop’ and issues addressed quickly and efficiently.
