Calls to this number cost are charged at between 2 and 5p at all times from a BT landline. Other landline networks may be more expensive. Mobile networks charge their customers between 10p to 40p/minute. Your telecom provider may charge an access or connection cost. The BFA make no profit whatsoever from the use of an 0844 number. We use such an 0844 number in order to transfer BFA calls to other members of staff when necessary and the facility costs the association £240 per annum.

New and renewal membership packs are sent by Royal Mail during the first week of the month following month of renewal. For example, if you renew on 15th January, your new pack will be dispatched during the first week of February.
All book orders are dispatched within 10 days of receipt of order but please allow up to 28 days before contact us regarding non-receipt. We are unable to track items with Royal Mail until this period has elapsed. Please advise us of non-receipt by email, quoting your order number, to the following address: email@example.com.
